SHIPPING POLICY


WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

For orders completed by 15:00 hrs on a business day and where the delivery address is within Europe, we aim is to prepare your order the same day, during peak periods this could take up to  2 business days. Delivery can then take up to 2 days to reach you, depending on your location. 

If your order takes longer than 4 business days to reach you, please let our Customer Service team know, by calling +32 55 42 34 35.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, just pop your products in the basket, enter your delivery and the rates will be calculated for you. 


CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

You certainly can! As soon as the goods are on route, you will receive an e-mail from UPS that allows you to track your new products, all the way to your door.

If you don’t receive an email from UPS please reach out to our customer service team:  info@richa.be or at +32 55 42 34 35.


WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

No problem, UPS will make a second attempt to deliver your order. If after the second time you are still not around, the package will be taken to the nearest UPS pick-up point so you can arrange the collection of your order ASAP.  

Don’t wait too long! If your package is not picked up after 14 days, it will be returned to Richa. 


RETURN POLICY

CAN I RETURN THE ORDERED ITEMS?

Sure, no problem. You have 30 days to decide if you love your new products, if not…send it back to us. 

Please note that the item must be unused and in perfect condition (new), undamaged, in its original packaging, with all labels and hangtags still intact.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?

For orders made via our website, you can return products with the Return form we enclosed in the original shipment. Simply fill out the form (being sure to select the reason for return). 

You’ll need to cover the costs of shipping your return as Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


I HAVE LOST MY RETURN FORM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It happens, simply download here the Return form or contact our Customer Service department at info@richa.be or at +32 55 42 34 35.


I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

We are working on it, but unfortunately not at this moment in time. You can, however,  return the article to us, for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) allowing you to then order the alternative product through our website.

I BOUGHT A RICHA ARTICLE THROUGH AN AUTHORIZED RICHA DEALER, CAN I RETURN IT TO YOU?

In this instance, you will need to return your article(s) to your RICHA dealer, in line with their returns policy. Your return will be managed by the dealer directly.


I BOUGHT A RICHA ARTICLE THROUGH THE RICHA WEBSHOP, CAN I RETURN IT AT A RICHA DEALER?

A dealer will only be able to assist with purchases made with them directly. For purchases made from the RICHA Webshop, You need to return your online purchase via the RICHA Webshop.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED?

Upon receipt of the item at our warehouse, the refund will be issued as soon as possible. It takes approximately 3 business days to a maximum of 14 days for the funds to reach you, depending on the payment method used when making your purchase. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method/account. You will receive a confirmation email from accounting as soon as the refund has been made.
