Customer Service Assistant

For over 70 years, Richa has been a leading player in the motorcycle clothing industry. To strengthen our commercial department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant.

Your role:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you're vital to supporting the brand's business. You'll assist sales, logistics, and procurement by managing orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and providing B2B customer service. Your role ensures smooth operations and contributes to the brand's growth and success.

What you will do:

  • B2B Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns regarding orders, products, and services.
  • Order Management: Processing incoming orders, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking order status, and collaborating with the warehouse to facilitate timely delivery.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the sales team in preparing sales reports, monitoring sales data.
  • Inventory Management: Checking stock levels, collaborating with the warehouse to maintain optimal stock levels, and conducting regular stock reconciliations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Performing general commercial administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, organizing commercial meetings.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate B2B customer records: sales transactions, invoices, contracts, and payments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the improvement of commercial processes and systems by making suggestions for streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
  • Support in organizing dealer events and exhibitions.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree with entrepreneurial spirit
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (Navision) is a strong plus
  • Good command of Dutch, English, and French, both verbally and in writing.
  • Communicative, team player
