RICHA offers a 2-year warranty on the full collection: motorcycle jackets, pants, jeans, gloves, rain clothing, functional underwear, boots, and shoes. RICHA products produced with the GORE-TEX membrane (eg: waterproofing and breathability) are subject to the GORE-TEX “Guaranteed to keep you dry” warranty.
Please note proof of purchase will be required to invoke the legal or commercial guarantee. Please also note that if your product is under warranty but cannot be repaired we will replace it with a new product. If the product is not available (or no longer available), we will refund you.

When a completed return form and/or proof of purchase are NOT provided, please be advised that the shipment will automatically be returned to the sender. In this instance, any associated costs of the shipments will be the responsibility of the sender.
Providing the products are under warranty and the above instructions are followed, there will be no extra cost for repair. RICHA will first try to repair the original product. If we cannot repair the product, it will be replaced with a new product. If that product is not available (or no longer available), we will refund you. The complete warranty will be returned to the dealer at RICHA’s expense.
If the product is not covered by the warranty, we can repair it. However, please be aware that the repair cost will be charged to the owner of the product.
