   At Richa we design and distribute innovative motorcycle clothing that combines safety, comfort, and sustainability.
   We continuously listen to our riders and customers to develop new technologies and materials that enhance protection while respecting people and the planet.
   Environmental criteria are integrated into product design and supplier selection. Throughout each product’s life cycle we strive to reduce waste, reuse materials, and improve recyclability, in line with our ISO 14001 commitment to prevent pollution and minimize environmental impact.

   We act as a reliable partner for our suppliers, dealers, and distributors, working transparently and ethically.
   We expect our partners to comply with all legal, social, and environmental obligations and to share our values of fairness and sustainability.
   Together we promote responsible sourcing, efficient logistics, and the reduction of CO₂ emissions throughout our supply chain.
3. We commit to quality and environmental management in all aspects of our business.
   We pay close attention to quality management, service and care in all relationships with our customers, dealers and distributors. We ensure that product quality and production feasibility are central to our design process, and we encourage and cooperate with our suppliers to continuously improve and monitor production quality. We train our employees and logistics partners to respond swiftly to customer needs and provide our riders with high-quality products that last.
   We identify risks and opportunities, set measurable objectives, and evaluate our performance to ensure continuous improvement. Compliance with legislation, prevention of pollution, efficient use of resources, and employee competence form the core of this commitment.
