RICHA POLICIES FOR SALES TO CONSUMERS
ORDERS POLICY
How do I place an order?

You are able to place an online order through our website (www.richa.eu). Select the desired item and size and then click "add to cart." The product will then be added to your shopping cart. Your order will be considered as soon as you have paid for it (see "Buy" button).

Pricing

All prices on our website are our retail prices for consumers, and are including VAT.

Can I change or edit my order after placing it on the website?

Yes, it is possible to make changes to your order. You have until 13.00 on the same day you placed the order (excluding holidays and weekends) to make any change. In this case, please contact our Customer Service department at +32 55 42 34 35. They will be happy to assist with any change.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

When you select your size, you'll immediately see if it is in stock. If a product is not in stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping cart. For inquiries about future availability, please contact our Customer Service department at +32 55 42 34 35.

What size do I need?

To determine your size, you can check our Size Guide here. Please keep in mind that the sizes mentioned are based on standardized measurements. If you have any question about the right size for you, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service at +32 55 42 34 35.

I did not receive an order confirmation?

We always send you an order confirmation via e-mail. If you did not receive a confirmation, we first recommend you to check your SPAM box. Change your settings to make sure all future e-mails from RICHA will end up in your Inbox. If you still need assistance or help, please feel free to contact our Customer Service at +32 55 42 34 35.

What if, for some reason, the product ordered is not in stock?

If a product that you ordered is not in stock, we will refund your order. Depending on your original form of payment, this can take up to 5 business days with a maximum of 14 days.

RICHA PAYMENT POLICY
General

These Terms apply to any sale agreement by a visitor to this site, called "customer", concluded by Richa. These terms and conditions take precedence over all other terms and conditions. Additional conditions are excluded, except with the prior written and explicit agreement of RICHA.

Order

An agreement is validly established by the electronic transmission of the order by clicking on the link "Buy" or by sending an email which implies an order.

Payment

Payment is always done electronically via www.mollie.nl. Each order is payable immediately at the time of purchase. An invoice and an acknowledgment of payment will be sent to the customer with the ordered goods.

Implementation

The performance of the contract is normally done almost immediately after payment. But any delay in the implementation where appropriate, draws no right to compensation. In case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery of the ordered products within five working days after crediting our account. Also in this case, any delay in the execution is not entitled to compensation.

Disputes

All disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be governed by Belgian law. For all disputes arising out of this Agreement, the Court of the District of Oudenaarde is competent.

Binding

With each electronic order of products, the customer declares to be bound by these terms and conditions by ticking the checkbox "By clicking 'Buy' button I place an order and pay duty and I agree with the terms and conditions.". An electronic order without such agreement is technically impossible, but these conditions would still be binding on a customer claiming an order.

How long will a refund take?

From the moment your return shipment arrives at our warehouse and the return is processed, we aim to refund your money within 3 working days (depending on your original form of payment) with a maximum of 14 days. We always refund your money according to your original form of payment. If you return your complete order, we will refund the total amount to you when your return is in accordance with our “return policy”.

SHIPPING POLICY
What is your delivery time?

If your order is placed before 15:00 hrs on business days, the shipping to Europe is usually on the same business day, with a maximum of 2 business days. The delivery to your shipping address may take up to 2 business days. If the delivery takes longer than 4 business days, please contact our Customer Service at +32 55 42 34 35.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping costs is depending from your country shipping rate.

RETURN POLICY
Can I return ordered items?

Sure, no problem. If the item you ordered does not suit you, you have 30 days of reflection to send it back to us. Please note that the item must be unused and in perfect condition (new), undamaged, in its original packaging and provided with all labels and hangtags.

How do I return an item/order?

If you ordered from our website, you can return your order or items with the enclosed Return Form. Fill out the form and select your reason for the return. Stick the also enclosed return label on your box. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I have lost my return form/return label, what should I do?

I want to exchange an article, is that possible?

Unfortunately, at this moment, it is not possible to exchange products. You will need to return the article to us, and we will refund your purchase (the shipping costs will not be refund). If you want or need a different size or colour of the ordered article, please order a new one through our website. For any questions about an exchange/return, you can contact our Customer Service at +32 55 42 34 35 when your return/exchange applies for the 30 days return policy.

I bought a RICHA article through an authorized RICHA dealer, can I return it to you?

No. You can, however, return your article(s) at your RICHA dealer, subject to the agreements you made with him. The transaction will be processed by the dealer at the location of purchase.

I bought a RICHA article through the RICHA Webshop, can I return it at a RICHA dealer?

No. You need to return your online purchase to the RICHA Webshop.
