STOREMANAGER KORTRIJK

Beschik je over een aanstekelijk enthousiasme en goede leidinggevende skills?  In de functie van Storemanager voor onze winkel in Kortrijk verloopt geen dag hetzelfde. Samen met jouw team team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de prettige sfeer in de winkels en ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de teamprestaties. Waar nodig coach je de collega’s naar betere eigenschappen en deel je de passie voor motorrijden. Ga jij bij ons full-time aan de slag in Kortrijk?

Jouw werkzaamheden als Storemanager:

Als storemanager ben jij de verbindende factor binnen het winkelteam en verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van de winkel. Je houdt je bezig met het reilen en zeilen op de werkvloer en daar komt veel bij kijken. Gelukkig word je ondersteund door een assistent en hoef je niet alles zelf te regelen.

Wel zorg jij voor de samenstelling en het aannemen van het team en daarna de prestaties. Zorg dat jouw team het winning team is en draag de handvatten aan die daarvoor nodig zijn. Uiteraard zorg je dat de targets behaald worden en beoordeel je de verkoopmedewerkers. Je faciliteert producttrainingen om zo de kennis te waarborgen en bewaakt de winkelformule.

Je werkzaamheden zijn erg divers, dat vraagt om de juiste prioritering. Daarbij is het van belang dat je een solide basis vormt en de juiste leiderschap-skills beschikt. Bovendien heb je een passie voor motorrijden en weet je het team op de winkelvloer dag-in-dag-uit te enthousiasmeren.

Jouw taken als Storemanager:

  • Verbinden van het verkoopteam inclusief het samenstellen en aannemen;
  • Beoordelen van de verkoopmedewerkers, coachen en het voorzien in producttraining;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het aanzicht en de uitstraling van de winkel en het bewaken van de formule;
  • Het behalen van targets, inplannen van de winkel en bijhouden van de gewerkte uren;
  • Nauw in contact met de Areamanager en hier ook naar rapporteren;
  • Ondersteunen van de winkelmedewerkers door actief te verkopen.


Wat we van jou verlangen:

  • Je hebt MBO of HBO denk- en werkniveau;
  • Minimaal 1 jaar relevante leidinggevende ervaring bij voorkeur in de retail;
  • Afgeronde management of coaching opleiding is een pré;
  • Een passie voor motorrijden;
  • Nauwkeurig werken zit in je aard;
  • Geen 9-tot-5 mentaliteit.

Administrative Officer – Tender Department

Richa Motorcycle Apparel is looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Officer to join our Tender Department. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing administrative processes related to our public sector clients and ensuring the smooth handling of tenders, orders, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and oversee the public sector customer portfolio, including handling quotations, orders, deliveries, invoicing, and backorder lists.
  • Serve as the primary contact for police and defense clients, both written and by phone.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing and follow-up of all customer orders.
  • Monitor production status and delivery timelines for public sector clients.
  • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients by offering tailored solutions.
  • Understand client needs and provide sustainable solutions to customer problems and complaints.
  • Report directly to the Tender Manager, who leads the Tender team.
  • Follow up on payment reminders and outstanding invoices.


Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English – both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Independent working style with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Versatile multitasker with a hands-on approach.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Business Central) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CE certification processes is an asset.

Internal Sales Executive Motorcycle Apparel

Richa motorcycle apparel is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to strengthen our team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer portfolio and boosting the sales of our high-quality motorcycle clothing products.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize revenue from international B2B clients through the sale of motorcycle clothing, footwear, and accessories.
  • Analyze sales data and identify sales opportunities with existing customers.
  • Develop sales packages and actively promote them to B2B clients.
  • Support the Sales Director in servicing and following up with international key accounts.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and expand the client base in the European B2B motorcycle clothing market.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support the sales strategy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional sales service.
  • Report on customer developments to the Sales Director.
  • Organize and coordinate sales and collection presentations.
  • Provide support at B2B trade shows.


Requirements:

  • You are a natural sales talent with a strongly driven commercial profile.
  • A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent through experience).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in (technical) apparel, sports, automotive, or outdoor industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Business Central) and sales reporting is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English, and French, both spoken and written.

Logistics Manager

Richa Motorcycle Apparel is looking for an organized and motivated Logistics Manager. 

Your role:

  • As logistics manager, you are the driving force behind the daily logistics operations for both our retail and B2B channels. You lead a team of 2 office staff and 8 workers (internal warehouse) and are the point of contact for our external warehouse. Together, you ensure the smooth running of all logistics processes.
  • You will constantly strive to optimize warehouse management, stock flows and internal workflows. With your analytical insight and solution-oriented mindset, you will identify areas for improvement and translate these into concrete actions.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing, motivating and developing the logistics team
  • Monitoring warehouse activities, incoming and outgoing goods
  • Maintaining contact with external warehouse and suppliers
  • Initiating and implementing improvement projects
  • Collaborating with departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Tender and Finance
  • Setting objectives and priorities for the operation
  • Reporting to the CEO


Profile:

We are looking for a driven and eager to learn professional who:

  • Has at least 8 years of experience in a logistics management position
  • Dares to make quick and independent decisions
  • Has strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Has good communication skills and can easily switch between departments

Required skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
